Neat

There is only beer without any foam in the glass. This rarely-seen headless beauty offers razor sharp bitterness that cuts straight through the heaviest meals. The Neat should be drunk immediately before losing all of its carbon dioxide.

  1. Pull the lever of the tap and start filling the glass with beer at an angel of 45°.
     
  2. Let the beer run along the wall of the glass.
     
  3. Gradually straighten the glass with the inflowing beer.
